Robert responded to my email promptly and our discussion over the phone and how professional he was and talking about doing things right had me sold from the start. Miguel (a worker) came to my home with another worker. He set up neatly, did some superficial cleaning and videoed the entire fireplace system. When he was done he showed me the video & where the issues were in the chimney. He explained that he would show the pictures to Robert and we will go from there. He cleaned up and left everything neat and organized and answered any questions I had. Robert stopped out we talked about what needed to be done & it ended up turning out to be something we could submit to our homeowners. Over the course of a couple days they fixed the entire fireplace system along with chimney, I was shown videos of before and after. I highly recommend this company for any issues with your fireplace.

These guys are great! James and Miguel were not only on time, but they were able to get here early. Both of them were extremely efficient, polite and professional, and helped educate me on the use of my fireplace! They had great integrity as well… after inspecting my fireplace they said I didn’t need to have a full cleaning, and gave me a discount on the cost because of that. I would definitely recommend these guys for your fireplace needs!

I was very impressed with Bob Doherty and his Blaze Rite crew. Bob saw my inquiry via Homeadvisor and called me immediately. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived on time. He is fully insured, certified, and uses a camera to inspect the entire chimney. My chimney was in a lot worse shape than I expected. He showed me photos of past chimney fire damage in the flue. And, informed me the repair should be covered under my home owner’s insurance and provided an estimate. Bob and his crew, Tim and James, were very professional, polite, courteous, quiet, and very neat. My chimney flue is totally rebuilt now! While they were here I asked to have my other chimney inspected and that needs a lot of repairs as well. So that is next week’s project! Many thanks to Bob and crew!

I had a “leaky” garage roof, but I suspected it may be a clogged furnace exhaust. Robert came highly recommend and was able to perform an inspection within 24 hours of our phone call. The day of the inspection he noted such a bad clog that he unclogged it that day. He recommended a liner to prevent the same issue from ever reoccurring. Within 3 days he was able to install the liner. The garage roof is dring out and our family is safer given the carbon monoxide is now properly vented! I will always use blaze rite for any chimney needs in the future and recommend them to anyone else.
